Description: KMP have worked on various projects with the school over many years. The works included a 10 classroom extension refurbishment of library, canteen and music room and sports facilities. The works were undertaken over holidays where possible to minimise disruption to staff and pupils. The most recent work was a new Atrium building in a courtyard of an old stone complex with a glazed roof forming a new multipurpose area for use by the students. A new I.T. block was also constructed which forms a new main entrance to the complex.

Project: DIT Camden Row
FOCAS Building & Library Facilities

Description: FOCAS, a Facility for Optical Characterisation and Spectroscopy is for the use of post-graduate research, consisting primarily of laboratories and offices. The new building encompasses a basement floor of laboratories, a ground floor office and seminar space, two floors of laboratories and office spaces, roof terrace, roof top plant room, sunken area to street and entrance ramps with a landscaped garden to rear.

Address: The College of Anaesthetists, 22 Merrion Square, Dublin 2
Description: The project involved the construction of a sunken lecture theatre and multi storey mews building with laboratory and demonstration rooms at the rear. Extensive structural refurbishment of the existing protected Georgian building was also undertaken.

Description: St. Conleth’s College is a long established Junior and Senior School which has grown over the years and Kavanagh Mansfield and Partners have been involved in its development from the start.
Two storeys have been added over the rear classrooms at different times. The latest of which was constructed in 2009. This was constructed on its own independent supports consisting of piled foundations. A Sports Hall with new glazed stair tower at the West end which was completed in 2017.
